I placed a mobile order, and they had it ready faster than the estimated time. My sandwich was made perfectly: nothing missing, nothing skimped, nothing overdone. The young lady who handed me my order was so pleasant, kind, and genuinely smiling. I picked up my order today (3/24) around 12:40, and the crew working at that time deserves a huge pat on the back. Great job today!

I said I wanted a wrap but meant flat bread. When I tried to correct my order she yelled at me. I will never be back. Very unprofessional, rude and zero basic respect.
