  I ordered a footlong meal with a tip ($18). I checked in at arrival. No one came out with order. I walked in, and was given someone elses order. ($6) Manager had a terrible attitude. She said a customer took my order, i corrected her saying it was given to the customer. She then hung up on me. I called her back, and she gave me my refund. Btw, the flat sandwitch that was given to me was terrible.

  The 2 young ladies that were working here today, were amazing. Very friendly and inviting. They seem to really love their jobs and made it a nice place to have lunch! Thank you ladies!!

  DO NOT EAT HERE! I was passing through on a road trip with a friend of mine and this locations staff was very rude! It also had a strange smell and tons of flies where the food is. I used to work in food service and this was extremely disappointing! This location should really reconsider who they have representing them! I found a much nicer location in Cypress, TX!

  Hace muy poco me mudé para el área de Waller y lo primero que me gustó fue ver que iba a tener cerca mi comida favorita pero hoy sufrí una deserción muy fea, me desperté alegre y le dije a mi mamá que iríamos a desayunar. Cuando apenas estaba frente a la puerta de este local observé los gestos de desagrado que hacía el chico que trabaja ahí, al parecer no quería clientes en ese momento, aún así entré con mi mamá y nadie nos dio la bienvenida ni saludo, el joven tenía una aptitud grotesca aunque no habló su conducta era muy muy muy desagradable, se paró delante de la línea pero con la cabeza hacia abajo no me miró ni por un segundo… su pregunta fue (que pan quieres) pero en una expresión de desagrado… respire y juro que intente decirle que pan iba a desear pero el joven me interrumpió con la misma pregunta pero más fuerte… ya ahí si decidí poner la queja con su jefa pero creo por la confianza que el mismo mostró en mi cara que no sería ni requerido… es una lástima que un joven esté tan amargado y frustrado… ese chico nunca será un trabajador que cuide el negocio.

  The bread they made my sandwich with today must have been ancient…. It’s not burnt but the entire piece of bread has the texture of a crouton. I know they have to recognize this but they still chose to serve it to a customer. Very disappointed. I assume management is trying to pinch pennies and not make enough bread/reuse bread because they often run out of variety early in the day.
