- ASAna Solis3 days ago1.0This place is a joke , I found a hair in my pizza, which is a serious food safety issue. When I called to report it Hailey, was rude and accusatory. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, she questioned why I was calling three hours later as if I were lying. I found myself explaining and justifying why dinner wasn’t immediate and was happening later. The fact that this even needed an explanation is beyond ridiculous. This experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and has completely turned me off from ordering here again.

I called the store twice to see where my order was the first time they told me that the driver was on his way. I waited an additional 30 minutes. The driver never arrived. I then had to drive to the store where they had to remake my order where he goes to tell me that the DoorDash driver must’ve stolen my order. I’m thankful that they remade my order, but they didn’t offer to refund me my delivery fee or the tip that I gave the driver and I was not able to edit that because it was done through their website not through DoorDash. All this is while I was babysitting my niece for my brother‘s birthday was extremely inconvenient & had 2 kids waiting for pizza for about 2 hours.
