Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, she questioned why I was calling three hours later as if I were lying. I found myself explaining and justifying why dinner wasn’t immediate and was happening later. The fact that this even needed an explanation is beyond ridiculous. This experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and has completely turned me off from ordering here again.
