Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- GTGarrey G tvApr 12, 20261.0COCO. the employee taking my order who was disrespectful and dismissive of my order preferences and my attempt to use a coupon then preceded to make my order wrong and tell me it was correct and that he wouldn’t fix it saying that my obviously white in color vanilla milkshake that he handed me was chocolate (after I ordered chocolate) coco stated “it’s chocolate bro trust” I left there feeling disrespected and regret spending money where we get treated this way multiple other employees witnessed this behavior and didn’t help or attempt to fix the situation
- BGBobby GonzalesApr 12, 20261.0Besides being double sausage/egg and not egg/saug/bacon like I asked for, the fries were BARELY lukewarm…my mistake and I know fast food workers are treated like indentured servants, but at least they are SOME workers who have a heart…whatever the companies have not taken from them yet. Would not recommend early morning (really EVER)…not payed enough to really care.

I had to drink a large tea and get a refund for a patty melt meal that I was looking forward to because these kids don’t know how to do customer service the young lady Gillian had to correct me on whether her putting a cup that had nothing to do with me on there was mine and that’s trivial to y’all, but not to me you don’t treat people like trash hand me a cup say hey girl anything but trying to make you feel like trash when they’re paying gotten near $20 for a meal. No kind of smile no kind of customer service that’s not the Whataburger I know.
