Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Very clean lobby, restrooms. Friendly staff. Food was great.
Fun fact: Me and wife exhange numbers in this location been married for 17 years. It truly brings memories.

food is always good here but joseph seems to not understand that when you mumble into the microphone sometimes people can’t hear you. like i don’t care if miss venessa could hear you my entire car couldn’t hear a word that man said. then throws attitude at the window like he’s the only one who’s ever had to work fast food before bffr. who tries to start an argument with a customer at the window. working in fast food isn’t for the weak but we’ve all had to do it grow up

Got my drink wrong, had me waiting over 20 min for one #1 and a kids meal.. I kept asking where was my food there was so many workers and they kept getting my order wrong the employees were giggling and playing around while I’m wasting time sitting in line for a grilled cheese sandwich.. sloppy workers and no organization at all. The older lady looked like she wanted to be young and was not professional at all. Leading a group of confused individuals that were doing anything but working.. I’ve never been so disappointed as I was this evening.

Ordered a Cobb salad, whatachicken was very stale, the salad wasn’t fresh at all. The number 13 chicken tender meal was unappetizing, tenders were way too small as if it was off the kids menu and dry as well… to top it off they forgot a dessert from my order. Sadly was disappointed with everything…

I placed an online order with Whataburger and arrived at the scheduled pickup time provided by the app. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations.
When I got there, no one was at the front, and I waited about 5–6 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. That kind of delay defeats the purpose of ordering ahead for convenience.
As for the food, the presentation was disappointing. The spicy chicken sandwich looked overcooked, almost burnt, and the fries were soggy instead of fresh and crispy.
Overall, the service and quality didn’t align with what I expect. Hoping this was just an off moment, but definitely something that needs improvement.
