  Honestly, the truth about this restaurant is that the manager just doesn’t care. I sat down to wait for my online order, and the table was sticky. When they started my order, they said they were making it fresh, which I appreciated. But when I got my food, I immediately noticed they had made the fries and burger first and let them sit there while waiting for the nuggets. About seven minutes later, when the nuggets were finally done, they just put the now-cold fries and burger into the bag with them. Then I had to go back up because my burger was missing pickles and onions. While I was standing there waiting, I saw an employee on the line with gloves on, playing on her phone. She then stuck her finger in her ear and picked it, didn’t change her gloves or wash her hands, and went right back to making food. I spent $15 on a meal I was too disgusted to eat after seeing that. The worst part is that nobody cared. There were at least six other employees and a manager, and they all just walked by like it wasn’t a problem.

  I ordered a biggie bag and a junior frosty. I waited nearly 20 minutes and still didn't get my frosty. Just go to any other Wendy's in Waco

  This was the absolute worst service i have ever got at a fast food restaurant.Their was people in line and 3 people were behind the counter and NOBODY would wait on us.The manager was the worst offender.I will never go to SLOW food Wendys again.I never write reviews but this was rediculous.They were purposly not waiting on us.After it was very obvious they were avoiding us i left.That manager should be fired yesterday.

  The only reason they deserve the one star is today was the first time an employee was nice and greeted me. I believe her name was Nat. She was very nice. The lady at the first window was rude and didn't say barely anything. The manager putting the bag together seems like she hates being there was very annoyed when I asked for a ranch. I like the food here but every time I'm at this location I have the worst experience with the employees. All rude and have no training in customer service at all. I feel sorry for the owner if this is a franchise. I would recommend hiring a whole new staff to great customers.

  I ordered food online to be picked up and when I got there, it wasn’t ready and I was told that they don’t fill online orders until you arrive at the restaurant and then proceeded to take 15 minutes to fill my order! The attitude they had was nasty and rude as hell! Avoid this location!
