I used it fine for 2 months, but then the third month (March 2026) they abruptly discontinued the free drinks without telling me. Even the server told me the drinks were FREE and he put in the order. When check-out time came, the server didn’t want to charge me for the drinks but the manager insisted that I had to pay for the three drinks we ordered—EVEN THOUGH I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT THE SERVER SAID IT WAS FREE WITH MY MEMBERSHIP AND IT WAS FREE WHEN I BOUGHT THE MEMBERSHIP. Every time I come here, the workers tell me something different. I went ahead and paid it, but I told the manger that I would right a bad review. The manager said he would rather get a bad review than allow me to get 3 free drinks after their promotion magically ended. So much for customer service or brand loyalty!!!! I am upset that my loyal patronage and membership isn’t even worth a coke😡
