  It's always a smoke process, no matter how few people are waiting.Or how many employe.\nEs are actually working in the food is not even up to par.My ice cream was melted. I don't understand the point in the check-in button. They're going to have your food ready 10 minutes before you're there. And if it was ready, then let it down, wait 10 minutes. And I paid for extra cheese on my touch with one slice of american melted , and they didn't provide a receipt.

  Just went here and got a drink. Waited about 8 m inutes at the drive thru to order. Waited a little lomger, finally getting my drink. You know what. The drink is awful!

  This Sonic restaurant does not adhere to Corporate online pricing. Have the order taker confirm prices when ordering.

  20 minutes to get a single drink on the drive thru and it was still incorrect lol. Yikes. Place is in desperate need of leadership change

  This location is complete trash. Very rude employees especially Judy can’t believe she works in the service business . They always have very low quality of food and service. Try trimming the trees that are at the entrance and by the drive thru entrance. These are trees not bushes. However it’s Waco so I get it.
