- MTMelissa TealApr 15, 20261.0Got a chopped BBQ sandwich and I have never in all the years that I’ve eaten at Rudy’s got a chopped BBQ sandwich with chunks of BBQ (cubed) and no sauce mixed in the meat. The Waco Rudy’s food is horrible and the manager should be replaced if he can’t get the food done right. It’s bad enough that he shut the drive thru up. In my opinion, he’s lazy.

- AHAshely HicksMar 10, 20261.0I been going here for years but they want see me back anymore I don’t know if they hire new people or just not training them right I paid 140 dollars for a family pack just for them them to give me thin ribs with barley meat on them never experience this in the summer time when I got ribs they was thick and had plenty of meat but these didn’t I order moist brisket and it taste so damnn dry ask to talk to thr manger and told him my problem all he said was to bring the ribs back like at this point my family was hungry and we decided to just eat the boneless ribs with barley meat on them on top of that I got charge 7 dollars for barbecue sauce when I was told it was free like I don’t know what’s going on at this place is they just hiring anybody or what but I was very disappointed the manger seem like he didn’t care at all just kept putting me on hold but this suppose to be the best barbecue q places in Waco but yet the food is not like how they say it is anymore I wish Mitchell’s was stll back in business smh
