- MKMelissa KinCannon1 day ago3.0Disappointed in my last visit. The employee not only forgot the included items with my meals but also another paid item. I have to drive all the way back from home to return to Panera to get this fixed. Very inconvenient. Did not care about the issue and did not provide anything because of the poor service and what I had to go through. Upsetting as I really like Panera Bread, but they need to hire people that are competent and care!

However, I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that it had many hearty and filling options, many of which were vegetarian! I ordered the tomato soup and grilled cheese, with a slice of baguette. It was all very good, but I wish the grilled cheese was a bit more toasted. All in all, this was 100% a five star experience. I will be back!
