Mind you I had 3055 points and each free cheeseburger is 1,500 points and basic math says 1,500+1,500=3,000 THEREFORE I had enough points for two cheeseburgers yet they still said that I did not have enough points for the two cheeseburgers. And made us pay for the second one. As someone who is scraping by that money meant a lot to me and we really needed it. Very disappointed. Not to mention the employee that was helping us was very disrespectful talking to their peer while they’re head set was still on saying “this headset is shit” and also “she told me a 9 instead of a 1 and then changed it to a 1” and i felt like she was accusing me of lying and that completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
