- AAasmith76140Mar 29, 20261.0I bought a fettuccine with Alfredo sauce. The sauce was watery. I sat in line for over 10 minutes with only 1 other car in line, in front of me. I watched them get and return items 4 separate times. The customer ahead of me should have to asked to pull up. When it was finally my time to pull up, my order was still not ready. I told the drive thru attendant that i was going to complain about the lack of service. I received no apology. I complained about them not having the customer pull up and the responce i received was quite nonchalant. I was annoyed by the response and rolled my eyes in response. The drive thru person called me out and responded angrily, calling me out for this response. This type of attitude is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Is this the way you want your business represented? The employee looked like a manager, so this was even more disappointing
