Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Customers frequently reported long wait times, often exceeding 20-30 minutes, particularly in the drive-thru.

We went through the drive thru, it was extremely slow (looked as if most people got single items and drinks) and it took over 45mins in the line of 4-5 cars. When we got up to the window it took an extra 15-20mins after we paid, it seems as if they had lost our order since they were wondering around aimlessly. When we finally got it everything was cold and the fries also tasted pretty old.

This has got to be the slowest Whataburger on earth! Half our team went to Chick-fil-A n half to Whataburger. Chick-fil-A was in n out. Waited more then 30 minutes for a few orders. Never again !!!

45 minutes to get kids meals. Are you kidding me? Pitiful. Would give less than zero stars if I could.
Ali Ramirez, do better managing your restaurant. Will never be back.

This time I visited with my son. He really enjoyed the burger. The chairs at this location were a bit less comfortable than the last place that I visited, but the staff were hardworking and attentive.

New store. Very clean. Very nice employees. Order was taken very effectively, even with my modifications (always add jalapenos). Order was delivered quickly and as ordered. The building is new, but small. There are double drive thru lanes. Self serve drinks are better here as the machines work well.
