The lady at the first window was rude and didn't say barely anything. The manager putting the bag together seems like she hates being there was very annoyed when I asked for a ranch. I like the food here but every time I'm at this location I have the worst experience with the employees. All rude and have no training in customer service at all. I feel sorry for the owner if this is a franchise. I would recommend hiring a whole new staff to great customers.

The attitude they had was nasty and rude as hell! Avoid this location!

Makes me sad for this location. The ice machine doesn't work on the freestyle and it's been like that for months. They have money to fix the things they need to I'm sure. They give very little ice in the cups and get upset if you ask for more. They really need to fix this.
