The drive-thru was slow..the truck in front of me took about 10 minutes to get their food with no one else in line and I didn’t get mine until 5 minutes after that. I received a Dr Pepper instead of a Coke, and my requested ketchup and ranch were missing. I should’ve checked my bag, but I trusted them since it took so long and I wanted to leave asap. The fries were only halfway filled, not nicely portioned, and tasted old and greasy.. blah. They were floppy and inedible. My Asiago Chicken Ranch Sandwich was sloppy and overdone with ranch. I understand this is not find dinning, but fast food shouldn’t be this complicated.
