I waited far longer than anyone should have for a simple order, and no one seemed to care or apologize for the delay. The employees were more focused on talking to each other than helping customers. It’s disappointing because Wendy’s food is usually good, but the lack of professionalism and urgency from the team made this a frustrating experience.

The cashier would leave during this interaction then come back. After waiting for my order, they only started it once they saw me come up to ask about it and then forgot some of the items I ordered. To me it seemed as though it was everyone’s first day - maybe it was but nonetheless an absolute travesty.
