I waited far longer than anyone should have for a simple order, and no one seemed to care or apologize for the delay. The employees were more focused on talking to each other than helping customers. It’s disappointing because Wendy’s food is usually good, but the lack of professionalism and urgency from the team made this a frustrating experience.
