I had a grilled cheese steak burrito and I think it's the best thing on the menu aside from the crunchwrap supreme and the nachos bell-grande. The drive through attendant was a little short with me as I took a little time to read the menu, but I can understand that, being customer service myself. But I did get everything I ordered, cooked better than most other taco Bell locations.

I called and ask why did my order come this way, no one could give me a valid reason. My wife was trying to force herself to eat it, but she can't handle spicy food. I got into a big argument with her just because of an incorrect order. I went myself to reorder what I requested. Once I got to the window, the worker asked for my order. I simply gave him a very basic order with the condiments on the side, he even responded confidently as he understood it. Worker kept asking me what sides I needed again, and then asked what kind of burrito I ordered again. Then again.. incompetent. Made me waste food, emotion, money, and time. Will never order from this location again. If I could give it zero stars I would. P.s. burrito I ordered was a bean burrito with no onions, shouldn't be hard to comprehend. Probably had trouble with all the loud music being played in the background.
