My Diablo Chicken Taco was dried out, dark, and barely edible, more like glorified dog food than the “fresh, flavorful” meal they promote. They forgot my sour cream, the employees were yelling across the counter, and at least three other customers were also complaining about wrong or missing items. It’s clear this location needs serious management intervention. Honestly, if Taco Bell’s commercials looked anything like what’s actually being served here, no one would bother showing up.
