    Got 2 Luxe boxes. They stuffed it all on a bag and left out the chury things. Food itself was horrible. I hadn't tried Taco Bell for a while but now I'm never going back.

    Messed up on my ordered 2 times, I asked for Meat and cheese ONLY both times and they still put the spicy sauce on them. I dont understand how you can mess up on the most simple order.

    Was picking up a mobile order, they said it wasn’t there anymore but they already made it and wouldn’t be making it again and they didn’t know what to tell me. So, anyone can walk up and take anyone’s order and they won’t take accountability? Cool. While I was waiting, I saw them give the wrong order to the wrong person at the drive thru and not even attempt to stop the car from driving away to correct their mistake. Clearly this carelessness is just the culture at this location.

    Beans were so thick you couldn't even stir them. Chili cheese burrito had maybe 2 tablespoons of chili and no cheese as far as I could tell. 5 layer burrito either had no meat or so little meat you couldn't taste it, no sour cream and a tiny smear of cheese on one end. Tacos had so little cheese you could literally count the individual pieces. Unless you only want to eat basically tortilla go to any other taco bell besides this one.
