I have experienced rudeness and the lack of knowledge to honor sales and coupons advertised by Subway several times at this particular restaurant before. However, I disregarded it because everyone has had a bad day in life and I believe in second chances. This particular time was just too much for me to turn the other cheek and continue spending hard earned money at Subway on North 19th St. Instead, I chose turn the next corner, travel a different path and eat at a restaurant that appreciates their customers. My family and I are frequent, paying customers and we do not deserve nor do we have to accept rude customer service. Right is right and wrong is wrong, there is no in between when it comes to treating your customers like garbage. It is unacceptable and my family and I refuse to accept it!
