  Went in there at 9:40pm on 11/18/25 and was greeted by a man named James. I told him what kind of sandwich I wanted and he proceeded to make it. I asked him 3 times to make it a certain way and he wouldn't so I said never mind and walked out. As I was walking out he started antagonizing me with sarcastic nice words so I asked him was he trying to be rude and he said no and started ranting about how im the one thats being difficult. I said I want my sandwich made th way i want it and i asked you 3 times to do it that way. We went back and forth for a minute then he says I no longer wish to serve you and im going to call the cops on you. I cant believe the audacity of this guy James. I eat here alot this is my first time seeing him. When I eat there there are usually a crew of younger kids working . I dont know there names but they always wait on me and always give excellent service. James could learn a thing or two from these kids. And the guy that was working with James tonight always wipes his face while he's making people's sandwiches I had to ask one of the other workers to make my sandwich one night I was there because he was wiping his face and making people's sandwich without changing his gloves. I hope the owner of this subway sees this review and reaches out to me because id like to know if im no longer welcome in this store and if this behavior from his employee is going to be addressed. Ill come back to this review with an update and also provide the names of my favorite employees there so hopefully they can get some recognition.

  Was told to call this number to make a complaint about the big mess at the Robinson store, which makes no sense at all.. and when I called twice nobody answered, but I seen on another review where somebody had the same type of issue with them no answering the phone.. so now I’m giving 2 bad reviews .. wish somebody in charge of these 2 stores would fix these types of unnecessary issues..

  Horrible Experience. Nobody was in the Store when me and my family got there. So we had time to order.... the older lady was trying to rush us. While ordering. And she keeps looking behind us like she was ready for the next person. My son is autistic and he wanted the boss sandwich. And the one making the sandwiches had an attitude. Saying is its all you want.! My son wanted to add pepperoni and she about had a fit.... Ne Ways Horrible service 👎👎👎 the 2:00pm Shift Whoever they are.. Don't know about yall but I'm Not going to Eat Food that is Prepared by Someone that has Hate. Or is Very Unprofessional. Yuck.

  Came in one evening for a late dinner and was greeted when I walked in the door, which surprised me. Sandwich was made quickly and exactly the way I asked. Couldn't ask for a better experience at a Subway.
