  Shay gave me sweet and kind service, sucks that all their machines are down so there is not option for tip. Sonic better be compensating them for that, because their employees work hard with a smile on their face , example Shay.

  Genuinely considered calling corporate to get my money back and the order was less than 2 dollars LOL. They said they didn’t get the check in (maybe it was a problem with the app or them IDK) but stared at us when we pulled into the pickup spot for 40 minutes until we finally pulled around to the drive thru to ask about our order. When we tried to ask one of the workers what was going on she just ignored us like we weren’t trying to get our order and go. Really irritating experience. Usually fine at this spot but I guess we caught them on a bad day cause YIKES!

  I went to Sonic today. I was looking through the window and there was an older lady sticking her bare hands in the cherries and limes and making drinks for everybody. Very unsanitary not wearing gloves.

  I ordered food today the burgers were burnt and hard, the onion rings were burnt, old and cold. Incalled the store to find out the phone doesn't work. I called the other Sonics in town to find out that store is not a part of the sonic franchise. I wasted $30 on trash so disappointed. Will continue to call. Shame shame shame!!!! Part 2. I guess you can see the response from someone with sonic. So I tried to use the contact us email they asked me to use and of course it doesn't work. I tried calling the restaurant for 3 days after this review and one ever answers the phone. Shame shame shame!!!!
