  I had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to Rosie at Saltgrass Steak House. I actually traveled from Dallas, and I can confidently say she made the visit more than worth it. Her customer service was truly exquisite from start to finish. She kept everything moving at a perfect pace, making sure our table was always taken care of without ever making us feel rushed. Rosie was incredibly kind, super friendly, and her amazing smile made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and her positive attitude really stood out. Because of her outstanding service, she’s someone I would gladly recommend to anyone, I would specifically invite myself, my family, and my friends back just to be waited on by her again. Rosie is a true example of what exceptional customer service should look like. If anyone wants the absolute best customer service while dining in Waco, be sure to ask for Rosie, as she’s there Monday through Friday.

  When I visited this restaurant 2 weeks ago I got the best waitress in the whole place Angelica was very professional courteous and she went Above ans Beyond from now on she will be my waitress as long as she works there she is definitely a 10 on service she makes You feel really comfortable and I really enjoy my lunch or dinner when I get this GREAT SERVICE she does Gracias Angelica por ser un chica Tan dulce y de Buen Corazon

  We went to celebrate our quirky anniversary of 1,000 days and had the pleasure of having Dora as our server. She was amazing! Very attentive, her suggestions were spot on and she was an all-around delight! The entire staff was!! They wrote us a note that made me cry for our special day. Thank you so much to the staff for all you did that day to make it extra special! The food was delicious as well! Can't recommend enough!

  This place was superb!!!! The waiter, the hostess, the manager, the food everything was Top level. I took my mother out for dinner. We originally went to Logan‘s and service was horrible. we left!!!!!! but soon as we got here, the hostess was so kind. The waiter catered to our every need. The manager was wonderful and the food was so delicious. I will definitely be back to this saltgrass. It was just beyond what I expected.

  Here’s the good and bad. The service was very good. The atmosphere was very good. The appetizers were very good. The salad was very good. My baked potato was a bit old and beginning to firm up…not fluffy and not very hot. I usually get a ribeye but decided to get a 16 oz T-Bone instead. It. Was. Terrible. No sear, rubbery, and fatty. First time in forever that I didn’t either finish my steak or take the leftovers home. Don’t know if I’ll ever go back.
