Price-wise, bbq has gotten very pricey, with many places charging $12-15 and higher, for a brisket sandwich, so Rudy's remains on the affordable side. If you have a choice, between the big tourist trap gas station and Rudy's, bypass the beaver and keep going for BBQ that actually tastes good.

Today was completely opposite, very little butter if any, the meat was cut into small pieces like you would put on a salad, instead of the good size cuts . It lacked flavor and less meat and more potato than anything. I understand if they're new , still learning , please keep it the same. If it isn't broke , why try to fix it differently.
