  Roberto’s is some of the best Mexican food in Waco! Authentic California style. Staff is always friendly here as well!

  I ordered thru Favor for delivery around 9:30 pm. They're open till 11 pm. My delivery person did great! I was really disappointed in the entree Chili Rellenos w/ Enchilada. The poblano pepper was tough as leather, and the meat - uh The enchilada was a flat mushed soggy mess. This was my first time to order here. Also ordered an Agua Fresca. Was hoping to get a true Agua Fresca. They didn't have any flavors than Lemon, which is obviously powdered lemonade. Not TRUE Agua Fresca. I really like Torchy's Tacos here in Waco.

  Food was good. Services had a small down fall for the early morning opening. I went to the drive thru early around 7:05 am and sat there while nobody answered. I went to the window and sat there and tried calling to let them I was there to pick up my order but nobody answered the phone. So about 7:12 someone came to the window and I let them know I had a pick up order for 7:15. I didnt get it until 7:20. I was a couple minutes late for work.

  Horrible horrible place especially for it being my first time coming here! MY SERVER WAS LUIS!! Me and my brother came from Ennis tx to eat here and I ordered 3 CORN carne asada tacos with a small side of beans and a small Jamaica aqua Fresca and my brother ordered the carne asada fries. His order was fine but mines was all wrong! I got FLOUR instead of CORN. So that’s the first mistake! When they brought out my tacos they said I have to wait for my beans and I literally already ate 2 out of the three tacos while waiting entirely way too long for them like 10/15 mins. So I go up to the front and ask how much longer and literally LUIS turns around and tells the guy in the kitchen can he grab the small bowl and fill it up with the beans AS IF THEY NEVER PREPARED IT WHEN THEY BROUGHT OUT MY TACOS FIRST AND TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR THE BEANS! Now here’s the best part , THE BEANS WERE SOOOOO COLD!!!! NO WARMTH OR HEAT TO IT AT ALL , IT WAS SO NASTY TO DIG IN COLD BEANS AND THE FACT I WAITED SO LONG FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! THE SPOONS IN THE FRONT BY THE REGISTER HAD LONG BLACK HAIR ALL IN THE BUCKET OF THE SPOONS SO THAT DEFINITELY DISGUSTED ME OUT AND I HAD TO PICK A FORK TO EAT MY BEANS. IT WAS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH $21 , THATS THE WORST PART THAT MY EXPERIENCE WAS BEYOND TERRIBLE AND I SPENT $21 JUST TO EAT WRONG ORDER AND COLD BEANS BECAUSE OF THE WORKER LUIS!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK! I CANT BELIEVE IT!!
