Last time I was there the lady that checked out 2 customers in front of me quite literally asked for them to tip on the screen. Not my preference. Too pushy and almost like try to embarrass you if you didnt do it. Definitely need to let the cashiers know that is inappropriate.

I hope they improve, because this was a terrible experience. Papa John’s would Nevverrrrrr!!!
