The service over the phone was great. (Though you do have to time it correctly when ordering a large catering order over the phone to talk to the catering manager. Not a problem if you give everyone enough time - over a week's notice.) Brittany was delightful and made sure that our order was on time and correct, which is great on an early Sunday morning order. We will keep using Panera due to the ease of ordering and their ability to serve us well for a large group of people (600 servings)! Oh! Also, Brittany made sure to separate the options with nuts for us. Definitely not an allergy I remembered, but that was such a kind gesture.

Robert’s enthusiasm and demeanor, was a wonderful addition to an otherwise gloomy day. Employees need to know that they really can make a different in someone’s day. Don’t minimize the importance of a quality interaction.

He was very kind and quick with my order. The food was very delicious and hot! Thank you so much for your excellent customer service! I got the pick 2: broccoli cheddar soup and the turkey cheddar sandwich. My go to, and it was absolutely delicious! Question for restaurant establishment: Do you still have the fireplace in the restaurant, and if so, will it be in use during the fall/winter months?
