    The lady in front is steady asking the kitchen to make cookies and they are ignoring her. This is holding up customers time. Won’t be back! The manger in the green shirt is not even intervening to correct the situation! One of the front Latino ladies was saying how drunk she want to get smh very unprofessional!

    I ordered two breakfast burritos they wasn’t even hot they was barely room temperature and the center was cold I didn’t even have to open it and can tell they gave me some burritos that’s been sitting for a min the tortillas was hard it’s actually sad at this point just shut the whole restaurant down this has been the nastiest McDonalds in Waco my entire life and yes I’m from here PS: I went back around and tried to get them remade they just threw em in the microwave save your money ppl the staff is disgusting

    Imagine being pregnant sending your partner to your neighborhood McDonald’s thinking y'all are about to get fresh Breakfast and he’s waiting in line for 15 minutes and nobody even comes on the speaker! Nobody ever came and he had to drive across town. This McDonalds is always out of something, there’s always a wait, then the food is old and cold when you finally do get it! Come on North 19th, this the Mickey D’s that raised us! Do better :-(

    Quite possibly the worst McDonald's in the entire greater waco area. Staff always rude, drive thru prioritized over inside customers no matter how small the order. And if you do go through the drive thru it's likely to be a 45 minute wait. I would recommend just driving the extra few miles to the bellmead location, it'll likely be faster even with the drive time.
