  We visited this McDonald’s location today, and unfortunately the experience confirmed what many of the reviews already reflect. This location does not seem to have the same level of traffic as others nearby especially considering it sits right next to Chick-fil-A, whose parking lot is consistently wrapped with cars. The difference appears to come down to CUSTOMER SERVICE. Chick-fil-A is known for high-quality, consistent service, and that standard is noticeably lacking at this McDonald’s. The main concern involves the manager at this location (pictured). On multiple occasions she has been rude and dismissive. Today, when I went through the drive-through, she mocked me over the microphone because she couldn’t hear me clearly. When I addressed it, she responded by saying, “Well, I’m the manager,” rather than attempting to resolve the issue professionally. She then stated she would “get someone else” and made no effort to assist further. Customer service should be consistent and respectful toward every customer, regardless of who they are. A manager, in particular, should demonstrate professionalism, patience, and the ability to handle people well. Unfortunately, that standard was not met. The one positive part of our visit was Ray. He stepped in, handled the situation with professionalism, and treated us with respect. From what I understand, he has been with McDonald’s for over a decade, and it shows. He resolved the issue efficiently and demonstrated the kind of leadership this location needs. Ray deserves recognition for his service and in my opinion, consideration for a General Manager role. That concludes my feedback. I hope it leads to meaningful improvement.

  Five out of five bathroom. I was blown away by the men’s restroom at this McDonald's, which was absolutely spotless and smelled fresher than a spring morning. The floors were immaculate, and everything was fully stocked—a true hidden sanctuary in a fast-paced environment. I haven’t seen a public restroom this well-maintained in years, deserving of a full five stars for cleanliness. The food was okay.

  Online it said open till ,12...at 10.47 they told me they just closed.. guess they just do what and when they want. Also noted that employees are parked in prime spots inc. handicapped.

  $25.00 breakfast for two combos containing mcgriddle, absolutely no complenary syrup! I ask to speak to manager... Was told were all managers here.I left without any syrup. Never too return!

  With a full line of cars ahead of us and a couple behind us, we were told that they could not help anymore customers. No explanation, no apology for the inconvenience, just nothing. We drove over to Burger King and was served with smiles! The other cars that were behind us followed. What a waste!
