I understand you get busy but waiting 40 mins for 4 mcdoubles and 2 large fries is absolutely unacceptable. I went in to ask how much longer it was going to be and saw they were backed up. I went to ask an employee to just check on where my food was and she flat out said she couldn't help me she had too much to do. Then we proceeded to go back to the window to be told they gave our food to the wrong person. Asked for a manager to get a refund only to be told that he couldn't give us a refund. Had to wait another 10 mins for the order that he personally remade. This is the second time in a row that this place has taken for ever but it will definitely be my last time coming and I will steer all of my family and friends away from here.
