    So I wanted my boys to have fun at this place which it was my very first time at Main Event the manager was so not okay . I didn’t know the free tickets which was 3 I had expired on 12/31/2025 I really didn’t I got the tickets for Christmas . All he had to do was which it out . I would understand if the tickets expired 6 months or 3 months to a year yes fine it was literally December 31,2025 I didnt know they were expired and it’s for the fact , it was only a week to a week in half its January 10 ,2026 . The manager didn’t have one care in the world at all fake smile … I tell you this won’t come back here again

    Came to Waco for a soccer tournament. We didn’t eat, just played games and laser tag. On a Friday night it was busy but not chaotic. The employees that helped us were great and the bathroom was very clean, which I appreciate.

    Plan to spend lots of money. Some game machines didn't work. Pizza was good and service. However, there was no soap in the bathroom dispensers and no hand sanitizer in the dispensers. Decided to bowl with two tweens that hadn't bowled before. Was given a lane that had broken bumper guards. Didn't realize and attended did not offer another lane.

    My husband + I brought our 3 year old here on a recent Friday night for some 1:1 time with him as he shares our love with a 7 month old sissy. We ate at the restaurant before we played. The host, Danielle, who ended up being our server tried seating us at a booth that still had a dirty table. I asked that she clean it off, which she didn’t have a problem doing. I had even asked if we could move to a corner booth instead of where she was going to seat us + she didn’t even hesitate. That booth had to be cleaned as well. Despite not having a large selection of food to choose from, we still found ourselves struggling with what we wanted to order because of how good the food looked + sounded. I got the hot honey pepperoni flatbread pizza(YUM!), husband got the sunny burger (can’t remember the name) + 3 year old got the kids pepperoni pizza with the freshest, juiciest orange slices. Our food runner, I believe his name is Trel? was kind + prompt with our additional asks. Husband’s burger was wrong, unable to stomach it, he was going to ask for something different. While waiting to see our server, I found 2 hairs on my pizza. I went to the bar + asked the bartender, Chandler, who was very sweet + greeted me with a smile, to please have a manager come to our booth. 2 managers responded promptly who apologized + then went way above + beyond. Which is my reason for this review. Nikk + Dustin, they spoke gently + were understanding. Minus the alcohol, they comped our whole experience + gifted us $15 worth of game play. The young man working the bowling desk, I can’t remember his name, but it started with a ‘C’—he was so sweet + helpful. Scott was our server while bowling + was kind. Despite the order being wrong + the hair, the taste was incredible. Can’t thank you guys enough! We have already been back to eat + play since I’ve been able to write this review.
