  Amazing!!!!! We absolutely loved our visit to Main Event! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially with my autistic son! They went above and beyond to ensure that he was comfortable and had an enjoyable time!! They even have sensory bags and headphones that you can rent for free!! We had forgotten headphones for my son but they saved the day with letting us use a pair! I was super impressed!! They had so many fun games and delicious food! The most incredibly special part of our visit was when the sweet office workers helped my son when he lost his sensory object and offered so many sensory options until they found exactly what helps him!! They saved the day!!!

  Last weekend we had my daughter’s birthday at main event in Waco. Our server for the birthday party was named Paige. Paige did a great job helping us with all of our needs; they even had candles for us when I forgot! Overall, it was a great experience, and the price was right, especially compared to the price of other places to have kids birthday parties in the area. The food was good and the decorations were cute. I wish they would turn their music down a little, but my kids had the time of their life.

  This was by far the best birthday party my nephew has experienced at Main Event! The games were fun, his classmates made it so special, and the manager Alejandra and her team hosted a really good time.

  We’ve been saving my daughter’s points for weeks so she could finally cash in on something big she really wanted from the prize shop. Earlier in the evening, we won two 900-point rings from the claw machine and gave them to the guy working the counter, who added them to our main high-point card. By the end of the night, that card had close to 3,000 points. When we went to redeem prizes, the girl at the counter offered to combine our three cards. Somehow, after she did that, our 3,000 points completely vanished — she told us we only had around 500 left. We were shocked and frustrated. We come here often and spend a lot of money, but it feels like every visit something goes wrong — games malfunction, credits disappear, food takes forever, and the bathrooms are poorly maintained. Last night, there was water or pee on the floor in several stalls, and a few of the soap dispensers didn’t work. When I tried to explain the issue, the girl brushed me off and blamed the guy who helped us earlier, even though our balance showed over 2,500 points after he fixed it. She didn’t seem to care or make any real effort to help. I live with chronic pain issues, so standing around waiting for a manager wasn’t something I could physically handle — and that’s why I’m here writing this review instead. It’s honestly disappointing. We’ve spent so much here because we want our kids to have fun, but it’s hard to trust this location when things like this keep happening. Unfortunately, we are debating even returning to the Waco Main Event.

  Worse experience. My bf’s license expired 2 days prior and he hasn’t been able to get it renewed because the dmv offices have been booked so they denied him alcohol and he is 43 years old. Pretty pathetic they can serve a bunch of Baylor students a crap load of beer and shots but not a 43 year old. I look like I could be 21 years or so and they didn’t even card me at the bar. Good job main event you should be proud of yourself.
