Went last night and ordered 2 baked spaghetti (one with meatballs on the side and another as is). My meatballs were not in the bag and she didn't give me straws for my drink. I went in to ask for the meatballs and straws. Got the meatballs but didn't get straws. I grabbed them from the lobby but there is no accountability in this location. Upon walking out of the building i happen to read the sign that says buy 2 baked spaghetti's and get 1 free. Guess who did not promote the sale or give me the free baked spaghetti.....(Percilla). I hate that this on is the one closest to me.
