Was given the excuse they were "cleaning the other cooler" if that were true the remaining cooler would be FULLY stocked. They do not replenish their waffle cone inventory (even though they make them in house). Just lazy employees and poor management I guess.

I had to take all the bacon off because it was only 50% cooked and that’s not safe. I will never go back to Dunkin for any reason.

I ordered three large frappe, blueberry donut, loaded hashbrowns m. The blueberry donut was so cold, like they took it out of the fridge. The hashbrowns barely covered the bottom of the container so it wasnt even a serving(they were delicious though). I only received ONE of the three coffes I ordered, I called the store and asked if theyd would deliver, the GM who I was speaking to absolutely refused to deliver my coffee (im working the covid unit, the reason I had it doordashed, and plenty of other restraunts have delivered forgotten items). Out of the one frappe I received idk if they put the wrong milk(I ordered cream) in there or if it just spoiled, but I will absolutely never go here again. At least Starbucks tastes the same everytime I order and their customer service is unbeatable compared to Dunkin.
