I waited for 5 minutes no one acknowledged me, I assumed maybe they were working on another order when another female employee came from the back, looked at me, paced back and forth behind the counter gave me a look and still didn’t acknowledge me. That’s when I just left and went to Dutch Bro. Down the street. This location could use training in customer service and a new crew.

Was given the excuse they were "cleaning the other cooler" if that were true the remaining cooler would be FULLY stocked. They do not replenish their waffle cone inventory (even though they make them in house). Just lazy employees and poor management I guess.

I had to take all the bacon off because it was only 50% cooked and that’s not safe. I will never go back to Dunkin for any reason.

Afer waiting 10 minutes, the person comes to the windows and tells me there's no more choco chip ice cream. So I notified the customer and then I had to knock on the window to get their attenrion. The manager comes 5 minutes later to tell me that all delivery drivers has to come inside. There's no sign posted on the front for this. I waited another 5 minutes and the employee comes back and says oh come inside. So I go inside and saw they didn't even make the order yet. So I had to unassign the order to prevent getting a violation for not delivering the order on time. This is bad business and a poor treatment on delivery drivers. I can only imagine how they treat their customers.
