When I called the girl on the phone sounded entitled and annoyed that I was complaining. They will give you credit to the tune of a cupcake. It’s sad that a great chain can be ruined by unprofessional service. Adam, I guess the manager was wonderful btw but that’s it.

But when I closed the box, it slipped and fell. Luckily, a Gentleman named Cody saw what happened and replaced it for free. I'm super satisfied with my visit! Will definitely be coming again! Ps He needs a raise he was so sweet!
