Even though they couldn't use the speaker at the drive thru, she made sure everyone knew to pull to the window. She was very pleasant, super nice, and I am sure that is why her staff was the same way. The staff is so upbeat, that they didn't let a extremely rude customer get them down at all. He ended up burning tires and peeling out because he couldn't order at the drive thru where the speakers were. They were still smiling and polite. I hope corporate recognizes what a excellent talent they have here.
