- MWMason Wimpee4 days ago1.0I walked in. Line is so long, only two workers working. They are both going at the pace of turtles. They clearly aren’t happy and give off negative energy. The sitting area is trashed, every table has food or trash on it. Chairs are all over the place. Someone cut in line right before I was going to order while I waited 30 minutes to order. The quantity was the worst and my burrito was terribly wrapped. Fell apart the second I picked it up.

The manager Sandra, was being so mean and snobby to the staff. It’s honestly uncomfortable to stand in line and watch a manager talk down to the workers like they’re beneath her. She was unnecessarily rude, which was just awkward for everyone. It’s 2026—there’s no reason to be a "mean girl" to your employees, especially in front of customers and when you're their senior. The workers here do a good job, but you can tell they’re stressed out. I’d rather go somewhere else where the staff gets treated with respect.

I barely got any rice, and 3. There was a lady changing her baby's diaper on one of your tables! 🤢 She had a changing mat or something down so baby's back/behind wasn't directly on the table but that is Super unsanitary!

So apparently someone stole my pick up order and then I just sat there and they were gonna just let me keep sitting there, without telling me anything. Then I went to verify and she just said someone picked it up, and just tried to walk away. And then I tried to talk to her again saying I didn't pick it up, and she walked in the back, not verifying that she was going to remake it. Then reappeared and basically just handed me a bag with a really bad attitude. Then speaking to a girl who is waiting for a DoorDash order, she said it happens all the time at this location and people just steal them. So I don't understand why they wouldn't verify orders before they just handover ones to people. But between the "cleanliness" of the store and the customer service, I think this will be my last trip to chipotle.
