I just found out about this place maybe 2 weeks ago and I am obsessed. It is an addiction. The only thing better than the food is Gregory's service. This man's customer service puts Chick-fil-A to shame and I appreciate his pension for quality control. If he doesn't feel the ingredients are up to par, he does not hesitate to grab a new insert from the fridge. That's something that I'm not used to, but I'm definitely appreciative of. Keep up the good work!

Gregory at this location did such a great job today! He was welcoming and very inviting. It was packed for lunch and he still took the time to give a great customer service experience for each and every customer. I highly recommend coming to this location and if Gregory is there you’ll have a great experience. Thanks again

My first time in and I’ll definitely be back! Gregory met me with greatest service ever. He was so patient with all my questions being a newbie. Even remade my bowl when I neglected to tell him to hold the cucumber. Now that’s service at its finest. 😊

I usually enjoy CAVA’s food, but my experience has consistently been soured by Gregory working at the front counter. He is often **rude, dismissive, and seem irritated when taking orders**, which makes the whole visit uncomfortable. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the staff seems pleasant, and the food is great.

This review would have received 5 stars all around if it would have not been for the cashier or bowl preparer. He was rude and passive aggressive and made the whole experience less than what I was expecting. I don't think I will be back. The food is good but his lack of customer service skill were horrible and ruined my first experience with Cava. If it helps to find out who the cashier was, he checked me out at 3:09 p.m. on November 8, 2025. Unpleasant experience, ruined everything.
