Although I miss the chicken shawarma option (bring it back!), Cava is delicious. Who doesn’t love being able to customize everything? Gregory is always so helpful and remembers my order. Keep up the great work!

I love cava. Our server Gregory was outstanding. He was friendly and helpful. He finished our bowls quickly. He offered suggestions. He obviously loves his job and people and it shows. Loved his tie! He is an outstanding employee and deserves a raise!

The food was delicious and I loved everything about the atmosphere. Gregory was amazing and patient. Being that it was my first time he helped me out tremendously with building my bowl. I enjoyed the experience and will be returning!

My experience at CAVA was mixed. The food itself was okay, but I think I would have enjoyed it much more if I had known exactly what I was ordering. I’m a somewhat picky eater and not very familiar with this type of food, so as a first-time customer, I really needed guidance.
Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor. While going through the line, I asked the employee helping me to explain the sauces they offered. Instead of answering, she rudely said, “It’s right there, you can read it.” That response alone felt dismissive and unwelcoming, especially to someone new to the menu.
To make matters worse, in the middle of helping me, another coworker came over and the two of them started talking to each other for a good minute, completely ignoring me ,as if I wasn’t even there. I found it very unprofessional to stop serving a paying customer just to chat with a coworker.
After ordering, I went to the bathroom, which was honestly disgusting. It was dirty, smelled terrible, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. I didn’t even want to sit down. For the area this location is in, the cleanliness should be much better.
Overall, while the food might have potential, the poor customer service and unsanitary restroom really ruined the experience. As a new customer, I was hoping for recommendations and guidance, but the attitude of the staff made me not want to ask any more questions. Customer service and cleanliness need serious
