That is like McDonald's saying well, over a billion burgers sold but we are limiting how much beef we carry. Six different occasions I have run into this. Why run a buisness on such poor processes. If something sells more, that's what you carry more of......tripping over a dollar to save a dime. No one uses budget constraints as an excuse to loose sales, then get told by the employee "we have another location" like they don't want your buisness also knowing it is on the other side of town.

This is actually the third time we've been to this location and it is the third time this has happened. The staff acts as if our stopping in has ruined their day. The gentleman that was in here before us was greeted and was given helpful service. So, this will be our last time to frequent this location or really ANY Baskin-Robbins in the area. I will let my friends and family know as well.
