  If I could give them no stars, I honestly would! I had an issue with the order that I placed online so I returned to the store to let them know that it was a problem with my pepperoni cheesy bread. For some reason there was no pepperoni on it. As I walked in, I encountered a worker who said his name was David. David seemed very uninterested in what I had to say and he was extremely dismissive. After I told him what my issue was, He immediately addressed the Customer that had walked in right behind me. After helping the other customer, David walked to the back, still hadnt said a word to me, he then came back up and printed out my previous ticket for my order. He laid the ticket down and pointed at the No pepperoni that was in the order for my bread. He stated that since the order was placed on line, it was my mistake and they WILL NOT redo my bread. I asked for the manager in which he stated she was busy. The manager then walks up, let out a slight chuckle and turns her back toward me. I asked how was I able to get in touch with the area manager. The manager then wrote the information down on a piece of paper and had another employee lay it down on the counter in front of me. The color of my skin clearly upset them. I was calm the whole entire interaction so I know that the communication wasnt the issue. I went outside to check my order on my phone just to make sure it was not an error on my part. After noticing on the app that there was no way for me to add no pepperoni, I walked back in to speak with the manager about the app. I couldn’t understand how I was able to put no pepperoni on the order. She sent an employee Over to speak to me. However, the employee could not answer my questions about the app and she stated that no one knows how to maneuver through the app because they have a different system. I left here, feeling totally unwelcome and completely dismissed. I just recently started back patronizing this particular Domino’s location. I haven’t been here in years because they are customer service and the food quality has never been consistently good. This Experience confirms my research and I will never eat at this location ever again! I will also inform my family and friends of the low vibrational service this Dominos has to offer!

  Small delivery fee is a literal scam when running promotions that force you under the $15 threshold they don’t advertise til check out. It is imposed by the store not delivery services. Don’t fall for this crap. Their promotions and deals are a scam at best. Especially when ordering directly from them is even more than their “deals and promos” through other services.
