  Did an order in the app so I could just walk in and grab food. Atmosphere seemed dirty with un-wiped tables and food on the floor. Waited by the to-go shelf for about 10 minutes past when my food should have been ready and no bags came out. Walked within a few feet from the closest register so I could ask about my order and the cashier intentionally avoided eye contact and kept entertaining a non work related conversation with nearby staff in the opposite direction. I finally grabbed the attention of a different staff member walking by and they soon realized that my order which was placed 30min prior to this point was nowhere to be found. Kinda pointless to have an app for quick pickup if people still need to stand around for 20min waiting for it......

  This location has serious management issues a/shame on them! You are lucky to have great front line workers and need to treat them so they dont quit! schedule enough workers and keep your food items stocked! This is a BUSY college location-come on, you need enough workers and enough food supplies and you need to keep your place clean! You also need to do safety check on how long some food items have been out! How can they always be out of chips and even white rice?! What? Sofritas was over-spiced and made me think that was sitting too long... and I didn't take fajita veggies because they definitely had been sitting a long time from the looks-seems like a decoy since they probably didnt have a worker to cook more? I mean if you cant even cook rice or have chips?! No napkins and no staff to clean and do refills of napkins and lemonades?! Corporate office needs to come check this location-it's a hot spot and local management needs to adjust to accommodate!

  Disappointing experience at this Waco location We visited this location around 7:30 PM on Sunday. The store was busy, and it was not near closing time at all. Food and Inventory: The restaurant lacked several core menu items. They were out of steak, carne asada, barbacoa, grilled vegetables, pico de gallo, and chips. Because so many ingredients were unavailable, our burrito bowls consisted only of rice, beans, cheese, lettuce, and corn. The burritos tasted quite flavorless honestly. Additionally, the drink fountain was out of ice and lemonade. Cleanliness and Supplies: The facility was poorly maintained in general. • Tables: All available tables were dirty. • Napkins: There were no napkins available in the dining area, leaving us with no way to wipe down a surface. • Floors: The floor was full of food crumbs. • Restrooms: The bathroom was out of toilet paper. As frequent Chipotle customers who rely on this chain while traveling, this was the worst location we have visited. The lack of both food inventory and basic sanitary supplies made for a poor experience.

  This place is disgusting. All tables dirty with food, the floors filthy, the trash cans over flowing with trash. No one greets the costumers. Workers seem blah. They are cleaning the vents above the grill and the grill has chicken cooking. The stack of dirty dishes is insane. They are out of chips and food is being serve by the hand full not really using scoops. Oh yea I’m glad I’m not eating here I’m just picking up my bfs food. I won’t post pictures other reviews have very similar ones.

  Came in for dinner at 6:30p.m. just to have just to have no meat, queso, veggies, corn, black beans, and chip. The To Go counter was taking what was left of the normal line. There was 20 people waiting on pre-ordered food. The restaurant was filthy food everywhere. To make this worse there was 7 employees behind the counter not working, cooking, cleaning, or anything to make me think they’re working. Gonna take the extra 15 minutes to go to the other one on VallyMills. Needs new management!
