When you walk in, make sure to stay on the left side of the divider wall because the kiosks on the right side belong to the sushi restaurant. You place your order on the kiosk, not with an associate. The line can get long, especially during peak hours. Ordering is done through Grubhub, so having the app already downloaded will save you time. It may be easier to place your order directly through the app instead of standing in line. Overall, the experience was okay. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait when ordering and receiving your food.
