  Couldnt take an order in advance over the phone. Half an Advocado just thrown on top of wrap, and couldnt handle instructions to spread it out,...then couldn't cut my pita wrap in half and asked me if was my first time--like it was a ridiculous ask and I had to cut it in the car while on a road trip. Food was decent, newer staff need a lot of training.

  It was a busy Saturday and I was greeted by Gregory when I walked in. He was making 4 orders at one time and had everything straight. He and I shared smiles and polite words. He blessed me with an exceptional lunch and a renewed faith in people.

  I’ve been to this Cava location on multiple occasions since I’ve tried it because I enjoy the food . But almost every time I come in the first person to greet me seems to always have an attitude , this is on multiple occasions with multiple employees . I understand the service industry can be stressful but as someone who is a server myself you have to treat guests kindly to make it an experience or you’re going to lose customers . I come multiple times a week and I’m going to be reconsidering if the food is enjoyable enough to get treated badly .

  After getting hung up by their phone system 3 times, I finally reached someone on the 4th attempt. That lady refused to take my order over the phone, saying they can only do online orders because of the proteins. Whatever that means. When I got to the store, I named 2 items off said online menu, and the lady had no idea what I was talking about. This place is a joke, and they deserve to go out of business. 1 star. 0 stars if it was an option.

  Gregory is the worst staff I’ve ever encountered in my life. Everyone else was pretty nice, but Gregory had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. Food was pretty good, but the attitude made it taste worse than normal. If I ever step foot in this Cava again and see him, I’m leaving instantly. Out of my 10 years of eating out anywhere, not once have I encountered anyone as horrible as Gregory. Definitely needs to reevaluate his entire life before ever getting a job.
