  Every order I have placed either in the app or at the store has had at least 1 missing item or the order was completely incorrect with wrong ingredients / items.

  Well it happened again. I’m not really sure why but every time I order from taco bell here in Vidor they forget something. I sent my husband this time and when he got home the nuggets were missing. THAT WAS THE ONLY THING I REALLY WANTED. I have tried calling the store to let them know they didn’t put it in the bag and ask if I could get it tomorrow because I didn’t want to get back out. No surprise here no one answered.

  Vidor taco bell is my go to when I go have lunch with my great grandson. Employee's are very polite, and although sometimes it takes while to get my order, it's almost never wrong. That's high praise for any fast food restaurant. All in all good experience and a bunch of nice employees.😁

  Got the food and drive thru went quick as lunch just started…/ hard taco the bottom of shell was soggy and tasted like old grease, the other one had no meat in it it was just lettuce… 2 tacos and couldn’t even manage at a taco place to get it right?
