Very rudely she said no that iis where it supposed to be at that level. Other Sonics fill it to the top. She was not friendly at all. I asked to speak to the manager. She walked to the back and then came back to say the manager said it was where it is suppose to be. They would lose a customer over an inch of ice cream? It was the worst customer service ever. It doesn’t make sense to me. I would have even paid extra to get it to the top.
