Miranda, the manager I got a bag of food so I asked for ranch and she said that will be extra even tho it supposed to come with some already absolutely ridiculous. It’s just ranch horrible would not recommend going there.

We've ordered Number 4 , which is supposed to be a Jalapeno double cheeseburger. And twice we had ordered in this month. But the isn't any Jalapeno on them . Very unhappy 😞 with it

I went yesterday to get a vanilla shake at the drive thru. The shake was not filled to the top, so I asked the employee if she would fill it to the top. Very rudely she said no that iis where it supposed to be at that level. Other Sonics fill it to the top. She was not friendly at all. I asked to speak to the manager. She walked to the back and then came back to say the manager said it was where it is suppose to be. They would lose a customer over an inch of ice cream? It was the worst customer service ever. It doesn’t make sense to me. I would have even paid extra to get it to the top.
