For the entire year so far EVERY time I online order I spend 5 to 10 minutes waiting at the end of my drive through even ordering 20 minutes in advance. On top of it something is ALWAYS wrong, the receipt will show correct but not the actual order. The employees are clearly and consistently too ignorant to follow basic instructions
