She struggles with school refusal and the treats planned for these mornings are motivation to reach the school peacefully and happy. After the extremely long wait, sending out this quality of food is shameful. We certainly didnt have time to get it fixed or go elsewhere after such a long wait so school breakfast on our treat day 😭. Staff may not care about losing our business on these special mornings, but if this is making its way out the window then we aren't the only business this location is losing. Product has never come out consistent quality here and wait times can be long so I probably should have chose somewhere else but babygirl specifically wanted Dunkin after being talked out of ice-cream for breakfast! Huge disappointment.

The team members who work the drive-through are very friendly and always smiling. It is very convenient going through the drive-through and not having to sit there very long or pull around and park.
