I had ordered online and everything was great said order is ready etc...well I get there to pick it up and I am greeted with a oh, I'm sorry. All we have is cookies and cream, and a couple scoops of cookie. Dough, okay. So what ice cream establishment doesn't have any ice cream? How can you make milkshakes?How can you make cappys?How can you make freppuccinos?Anything like that? And then i've called several times i've gotten a number to get a refund because they told me they couldn't give a refund in store.I had to go online.Mind you my words are falling on deaf ears since december twentieth, this is unnecessary and unacceptable.All I asked for was my refund.I've sent four emails, and I have called several times still no refund.So, yes, if I could put a zero, there would be zero stars

Anything else i tried to say she would interrupt to repeat they cant start until i paid for it. I came to the store a couple hours later and the only person who can make polar pizzas wasn’t there. The employees were amazing and got in contact with the person who said no one mentioned a polar pizza to her and she left at 11. If she had mentioned leaving at 11 i could have been there before 1030, but instead she was rude and when i did show up to pay for it she lied and said she was never contacted. Attached is a photo of the call log with proof i called at 10:14.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
