As I was checking out, I informed Lou M. that the free part of the chips ahoy cookies was not available. He informed me the free crackers were possibly available in the end caps. Did not call for assistance for someone to get them for me as I would expected from a full service grocery store as I have come to expect from HEB. Each and every time I have had an issue at the register, the cashier would call for assistance. Please let me reiterate, You’re still my guys. Just surprised me. Ref #780341
