Being near the college and hospitals you'd expect this place to be clean and the workers to actually work. (Its the 20/80 rule 20 percent of the workers do 80 percent of the work and 80 percent of the workers do 20 percent of the work.) One woman was taking orders up front and at the drive thru. Food came out quick and DRY!! Can you say "sat in the make bin too long"? The only thing fresh was the fries because the drive thru/ counter lady dropped them when we were standing there. While getting our drinks, my shoes were STUCK to the floor. Someone spilled soda and they left it to get sticky...wow! Tables were not clean (normally not a huge deal for us, but they were sticky, or there was still food on some, or left over condiments. One worker who was on break, was nuzzling his sweetheart in the dining room! (Thats professional! Break or not, not something I'd like to see while dining..Dinner and a show. ) Then he was the one to check the lobby/dining room when he went back to work and he just walking around everything. Ewwww. Where was the broom/mop and table cleaning stuff? (We were there in awe for at least 15 more minutes and he never came back out into the front! But you could hear everyone laughing and talking in the back.)
And how in the world are you OUT OF CHOCOLATE FROSTYS?? Its a main Wendy's staple??
