- MRMichelle Rios6 days ago2.0On Dec 23rd 2025 we ordered 14 corn dogs since they were on sale for .99¢. We go to pick up our corn dogs get home and they are burnt. I called the Sonic on John stockbauer and spoke to Jay Lynn a manager on duty and she explained that the general manager would call me the next day I gave her my information and no one has yet to call me. This is so very unprofessional and disappointing. We took pictures of the corn dogs as well.

Went back to ask for the right thing and the employee AND manager were arguing with my mother. I was just trying to ask for the correct item, there was no issue but the way they handled themselves and the problem was just ridiculous. Learn some basic comprehension skills and respect. Instead of going back and forth trying to argue and roll eyes, it’s not that hard to resolve an issue without attitude and disrespect.
